The MzDeal Payment Policy explains how payments, transactions, top-ups, withdrawals, and refunds are handled on the MzDeal platform. This policy applies to all users, buyers, sellers, and businesses using MzDeal’s payment services.
MzDeal accepts the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
PayPal
Mobile money services available in Mozambique
MzDeal Wallet balance (preloaded with funds)
Third-party payment gateways integrated into the app (if applicable)
All payments must be processed through MzDeal’s official channels to be covered by platform protection.
Buyers must pay the full amount displayed at checkout.
MzDeal processes payments securely via encrypted channels.
Sellers receive funds for goods sold only after verification and fraud checks.
Transactions outside MzDeal are not covered by the platform and carry no protection.
Users can top up their MzDeal Wallet using any accepted payment method.
Wallet balances can be used to purchase items, pay for subscriptions, boosts, or services.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable, except in case of technical errors or duplicate payments.
MzDeal may freeze balances if suspicious activity is detected.
All payments are encrypted and monitored for fraud.
Users must ensure they do not share payment credentials.
MzDeal may require additional verification for large or suspicious transactions.
Suspicious accounts may be temporarily suspended until verified.
Refunds are only applicable for items sold directly by MzDeal and in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Refunds do not apply to subscriptions, wallet top-ups, boosts, or payments for services consumed.
Refunds require investigation and may involve returning items or providing proof.
Refunds may take 3–14 business days to process depending on payment method.
Sellers may withdraw funds from their verified account to their bank account or mobile money account.
Withdrawals require verification and may be delayed if the system flags suspicious activity.
MzDeal reserves the right to withhold payouts until issues or disputes are resolved.
Buyers must follow the Dispute Resolution Policy for any payment-related issues.
Sellers cannot charge buyers outside MzDeal’s official payment system.
Any disputes involving off-platform payments are not covered by MzDeal.
MzDeal may charge fees for certain services, including boosts, subscriptions, and withdrawals.
Fees are clearly displayed before completing transactions.
Fees are non-refundable once the service is consumed.
Any payments or deals arranged outside MzDeal are conducted at the users’ own risk.
MzDeal does not facilitate off-platform payments and assumes no responsibility for fraud, loss, or disputes in such cases.
All payments and processing comply with Mozambique law and relevant financial regulations.
MzDeal reserves the right to report suspicious activity to authorities.
Users are responsible for reporting taxes or fees imposed by local law.
MzDeal may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of MzDeal payment services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
